By signing below, I understand and agree to the following:
1. This offer is only open to members who have signed up with the New
York Line of Countingdown.com.
2. To qualify for a ticket to the screening of Star Wars: Episode I
- The Phantom Menace, I understand that I must wait in line to achieve
the required time periods to collect a minimum of 10 points (see rules
regarding point schedule). I further understand that due to practical constraints,
overseas participants are not required to meet this minimum.
3. A non-refundable U.S. Money Order for the amount of $11.00 per ticket,
per screening, payable to NYLine Countdown. has been sent to the following
address:
NYLine Countdown
PO Box 703
FDR Station
New York, NY 10150
4. A reference number will be e-mailed to me confirming my reservation(s).
5. The allocation of the ticket is contingent on my participation in
the line-up. Should I cease to participate in the line-up or fail to meet
the 10 point requirement, I will forfeit my $11.00 and the reserved ticket
will be redistributed at the discretion of Countdown Productions, Ltd.
6. In recognition of the high demand for the tickets, only ONE
TICKET for one screening on May 19th will be issued to me (The
only exception is for those volunteering as a Shift Boss; see Countingdown
website for further information).
7. Each individual must pay for his/her own ticket.
8. My payment will arrive at the above address no later than seven
days before the screening date you select below.
9. Your ticket will only be made available at the time of the screening
upon presentation of the reference number and a valid photo ID (overseas
participants must show passport). No one will be admitted once the show
has started.
10. If I live outside US/Canada I will send an international money order,
or a traveler's cheque in the amount of $11.00 U.S. currency.
11. The $11.00 covers the price of one admission ($9.50 is the ticket
price in New York City); the balance of $1.50 will go towards operating
costs.
12. New York Line is a fan based not for profit entity.
